		<description><![CDATA[Thanks for bringing this book and these authors to my attention.  It&#039;s a great recommendation.  I knew that e-Bay was using the RASCI model because one of their former executives is bringing it to one of my clients.  This is how the RACI or RASCI model spreads - like viral marketing!   Although its been around since the late 1950&#039;s (I think we were born around the same time in fact) it is more useful than ever as our teams and organizations get more specialized, more complex and more global.
